LOVE letters are the latest addition to our fantastic wedding hire stock. These purpose built 4ft high illuminated LOVE letters really give a twist to your event. These are a fantastic addition to your decor and a great finishing touch to your wedding theme. They also make an ideal focal point, perfect for posing with in photos and what’s more, your guests are bound to ‘LOVE’ them. Our LOVE letters are available to hire in 3 different ways:

  • Photo Booth Add On - Already booked Partybooth? - Well why not include the LOVE letters to add that little something special. We will arrive in time to set up the Photobooth and the LOVE letters. We also offer a discount if the Photobooth and LOVE letters are hired together.

  • Full Day Hire - Setup in the morning prior to guests arriving. This option allows the letters to be used throughout the wedding ceremony, all the way through to your wedding breakfast and evening reception.

  • Evening Hire - The letters will be placed in your Venue from 6pm until the end of the evening entertainment.

    These professional custom made letters stand 4ft or 1.2m tall, and are made entirely from reclaimed wood. The bulbs are bright white LED which do not heat up and are therefore safe if touched. They require just one power socket to run. The LOVE letters are an ideal way to brighten up the entrance to your venue and welcome your guests. Why not position them in the main room at your wedding reception, creating an eye catching display next to the dance floor? In fact, they look great wherever you might want to position them.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Which events do you cater for?
    We are available for Weddings, Proms, Birthdays and corporate events. All we require is access to mains power.

    How long can I hire you for?
    You can hire the booth for as many hours as you require. Typically the booth is hired out for evening parties for 3 hours, but we have had bookings for 6 hours.

    How far will you travel?
    We are happy to travel to wherever. If the event is within a 40 mile radius of our base in Weymouth then there will be no extra charge. Anywhere outside of this will incur a small charge to cover our fuel.

    Will I receive a copy of the pictures?
    Yes. All pictures will be loaded onto a USB stick for you to keep.

    Can my guests view the photos?
    Yes. All guests will receive an instantly printed photo after their visit to the booth. We can also upload to our Facebook page after the event and guests are able to tag themselves and like their photo.

    What is the guestbook and how does it work?
    The guestbook is an added feature which allows guests to leave a personalised message alongside a copy of the pictures. Partybooth will print two sets of photos per visit to the booth. One for the guest and one for the guestbook.

    Do I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and date. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

    Venue & Location

    Please ensure that you have obtained permission at your venue to use Partybooth and a full address and access arrangements are provided to us.

    Please ensure there is access to a plug socket close to the set up point.

    Please ensure there is sufficient space at your venue to set up the photo booth (2m x 1.5m minimum).

    Please ensure there is clear access to load and unload at the venue.

    Our photo booths are for indoor use only, unless discussed with ourselves before hire, requires one mains power socket and must be on a completely flat & level surface. Our photo booths may be located within a marquee, but please note the above power and level surface requirements.

    Please inform us of any circumstances that would make setting the booth up more demanding, including going upstairs, long distances from unloading area to venue etc. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue which is included within you price, but if there are any complications that are not made known to us beforehand then unfortunately this will come out of the run time.

    Hire Period

    In the event that Partybooth is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as setup has been delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of Partybooth, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form. In the event that we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by you or venue, the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form.

    Partybooth cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event, these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of monies paid.

    Provider agrees to have a Partybooth operational for a minimum of 80% during this period; operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the Photo Booth i.e. changing paper or ink.

    Payment of Services

    A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking a photo booth, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If the operator uses the equipment for a time period in excess of the agreed period the overage in rental time will be billed to the operator at the following rates: £75 per hour. Idle hours are charged at £25 per hour. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided.

    Any request for a date change must be made in writing. If you need to cancel your booking, and give us more than 30 days notice we will not refund your £50 deposit however should you wish to rebook us for a future date we would give you £50 credit towards the future booking. If you need to cancel your booking and give us less than 7 days notice you will be liable to still pay the full amount of the hire.

    Termination of Hire

    Partybooth will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to our staff. If this does occur Partybooth are within their right to terminate the hire. We are providing a service to yourselves and guests and therefore feel that our staff should be treated with the respect they deserve.

    Partybooth are also within their right to terminate a hire if they feel that any equipment or property belonging to Partybooth is in danger of getting damaged or has been damaged due to unruly behaviour from guests. We also reserve the right to refuse guests admission into the photo booth if we feel they are too unruly.

    If for any reason our equipment get damaged during the hire period by one of your guests you will be responsible for the cost of repairing/replacing the part. If any equipment does gets damaged and this effects the services the hire will be terminated as per termination section above.

    In any instances where we feel there is a need to terminate the hire we will always speak with the host first to try to resolve the matter before terminating. If we do have to terminate the hire due to reasons stated above, the full cost of hire is still payable and we will not issue any refunds for hire time that has been cut short.

    Use of Material by Us

    Partybooth may use any of the photographs from your event for suitable means, this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet. Attending your event would mean we are of the understanding that permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests.

    Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation letter or email from us.

    By placing an order with us for the photo booth once a deposit has been paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
